Looking to manually import portfolios from Albridge into Riskalyze? Here's how.
Your Albridge account and Riskalyze can be integrated, allowing you to link your Albridge accounts to Riskalyze client profiles and sync your custodial data to Riskalyze.
Note: This integration is only available for Applink partners.
Contact your relationship manager at Albridge and let them know you would like to integrate with Riskalyze. You can tell them that Riskalyze has made the partner user ID (PUID) the same as your Riskalyze email address.
If you are affiliated with a Broker Dealer: You need to contact your home office and coordinate with them to have the integration turned on for you. Here is what you need to tell them — Albridge has a tool, AWN — the admin tool for AVN where they match partner user id with Albridge user id. They need to make the provider user id (PUID) to be the advisor's Riskalyze email address. An Albridge PUID must be 32 characters or less. If an advisor's email address is longer than 32 characters, use only the first 32.
Your Riskalyze email address is all lowercase characters and this must reflect at your home office too when setting up your integration.
At this point, you will need to establish the integration:
- Log in to Riskalyze and navigate to ≡ icon (top right of your screen) -> Settings - > Integrations.
- Choose Albridge.
- Click CONNECT.
Synchronizing Albridge and Riskalyze Data
For Riskalyze customers, data from Albridge is synced on a nightly basis. Every morning, you should see the client's up-to-date holdings in that client's current portfolio on Riskalyze.
Creating a Riskalyze Client Profile From an Albridge Account
From the Riskalyze main page, click "Add New Client" above the search bar. Make sure you see the Albridge logo and that it is checked and then type in the client's name—in full or part—and Riskalyze will populate the matching names for you to choose from. Click on the client you want and a profile will be created in Riskalyze.
Linking an Existing Riskalyze Client to an Albridge Account
If your Riskalyze and Albridge accounts are linked, and you already have a client profile in Riskalyze, open the client profile and click on the More Options Icon (...) -> Integrations on the upper right:
From here, you can control which Albridge accounts are linked to this Riskalyze client profile. If you link multiple Albridge accounts, Riskalyze will sync and combine all of the holdings into one active portfolio.
I'm excited to link my Albridge and Riskalyze accounts—how do I do that?
In Riskalyze, click on Menu -> Settings and then select Integrations. From there, select Albridge. It's as simple as that.
What if I have two Riskalyze client profiles and two Albridge accounts, and I want them all together?
Choose which Riskalyze client profile you'd like to keep (preferably the profile with a client verified Risk Number ®). Delete the other one. Then, open the remaining client profile, click the More Options Icon (it looks like 3 dots in a row next to the Retirement Map tab) and then "Integrations". Search the client as you would in the above section on "Linking an Existing Riskalyze Client" and select them. The holdings for both contacts will then resync into the active portfolio in Riskalyze.
