With Riskalyze Elite and legacy Premier editions and one of our supported custodians, filling out account application forms just got a little easier. Speed up account opening and reduce the number of NIGO (not in good order) submissions with automated form filling for great custodians like TD Ameritrade and TCA.
➡️Navigate to ≡ icon (top right of your screen) > Settings > Account Opening. To begin opening accounts with one of our supported custodians, you’ll need to activate an integration (You can have more than one active integration at a time).
➡️From the Account Opening tab, click the + Activate an Integration button and select the custodian integration(s) you wish to activate:
➡️Next, enter your username and password for each custodian.
Note: If you've set up a custodian integration previously, you can use the same API credentials you received when you executed your ROI.
- Next, toggle your integration to the ON position.
- Once you have activated your custodian integration(s), upload your personal or broker-dealer/RIA supporting documents to the Disclosures & Agreements section below (such as a Form ADV) by clicking + Upload new Disclosure or Agreement:
To upload, choose or drop a file onto the upload box (make sure your file is a PDF and under 4mb), then provide a name to use as a reference to the file for later. Forms you upload here will be inserted as a step in the account opening process. Clients will have the option to download these documents and will acknowledge their agreement with a digital signature collected by Riskalyze.
To Open A New Account
From a portfolio page, click + Open Account :
If you have more than one custodian integration set up, select the custodian you wish to open the account with. Now you are ready to enter the data associated with the type of account you would like to open. Once all necessary information about your client is entered, you’re ready to begin the signing ceremony for the account application or send your client an email to initiate signing. This process focuses on speed to open up the initial shell account, so you can keep your client onboarding process moving and finish the funding/transfer forms directly with the custodian.
