Give your clients a Risk Number-centric view into their wealth with the client dashboard. Let your clients update their Risk Number, check their balances and progress towards their goals, and if their accounts are on Trading, they can even update their goals and request changes to how they’re invested. (See below for a comparison of the Premier Client Dashboard vs. the Trading Client Dashboard)

Getting Started
To provide your clients access to the client dashboard, follow the below instructions for initial setup. Navigate to ≡ Menu icon (top right of your screen) >> Settings >> Firm. Click the Client Dashboard link. Next, create the link your clients will use each time they want to login to their dashboard.
Next, decide on how the ‘welcome email’ should be formatted. This email will serve as an invitation for your clients to set up their access to the dashboard.
Now you’re ready to decide how to activate the client dashboard. You can activate it for all your clients and send out the welcome email at the same time or simply choose to activate the client dashboard at your own pace.
To learn more about the steps your clients will need to take, see Client Dashboard Instructions for more info!
Managing the Client Dashboard
Keeping up with your clients that have access to the Client Dashboard vs. who doesn’t is easy. From the main Nitrogen dashboard page, click Show Clients >> Client Dashboards to access your client list. From here, you’ll be able to see statuses such as: who has the dashboard turned on or off, who had it turned on but is not able to access it. If you need to enable or disable access to the Client Dashboard you can do that here too.
Viewing the Client Dashboard
Upon setting their password and logging into the Client Dashboard, your client will have two views. The Dashboard view includes their Risk Number, Retirement Map projection and Portfolio totals. The Accounts view will give your clients a look at the individual holdings in their accounts.
Your client will also have the ability to update their personal Risk Number® from the Client Dashboard.
