Riskalyze is integrated with TradePMR, allowing you to link your EarnWise contacts with Riskalyze client profiles and sync your custodial data to Riskalyze.

Setting up the Integration
The first time you use TradePMR with Riskalyze you will need to establish the integration:
- Log in to Riskalyze and navigate to MENU -> Settings:
- Click on the INTEGRATIONS tab, then choose TradePMR from the list of options:
- Click CONNECT and enter your TradePMR EarnWise credentials.
The integration will now be established and ready to use!
Choosing What to Sync
After you've established the integration, you can choose what information gets synced from the Riskalyze Integration Settings page. From Riskalyze, go to MENU -> Settings -> Integrations -> TradePMR:
You can enable or disable:
- Pull Account Holdings: enables syncing custodial data from TradePMR into Riskalyze on a nightly basis. Each morning, you should see the client's up-to-date holdings in that client's active portfolio on Riskalyze.
Creating a Riskalyze Client Profile from a TradePMR Contact
From the Riskalyze Dashboard, click "Add New Client". Select TradePMR from the dropdown, then enter the client's name—in full or part—and Riskalyze will populate matching names from TradePMR for you to choose from. Click on the client you want and a profile will be created in Riskalyze.
Linking an Existing Riskalyze Client to a TradePMR Contact
If you already have a client profile in Riskalyze and want to link it to a TradePMR Contact, open the client profile in Riskalyze and click on Actions -> Integrations
From here, you can control which TradePMR contacts are linked to this Riskalyze client profile. If you link multiple TradePMR contacts, Riskalyze will sync and combine all of the holdings into one active portfolio.
To unlink a TradePMR contact, go to More > Integrations and click the X next to that contact.
Why do I get a message that "this contact is already linked"?
TradePMR contacts can only be linked to one Riskalyze client profile. You might see this message if: (a) the contact is linked to another client profile in your account, or (b) the contact is linked to a Riskalyze client profile in another advisor's account. If you use Riskalyze Team Edition, you can share linked clients with other advisors within your Team. Otherwise, only one advisor will be able to have that contact linked to a Riskalyze client profile.
What if I have two Riskalyze client profiles and two TradePMR contacts, and I want them all together?
Choose which Riskalyze client profile you'd like to keep. Delete the other one. Then, open the remaining client profile, click "More" then "Integrations". There you will see the TradePMR icon, and be able to link the other TradePMR contact to that profile. The custodial holdings for both contacts will resync into the active portfolio in Riskalyze.
