eMoney Advisor: Importing Portfolios

Looking to integrate your eMoney and Nitrogen accounts? Here's how.

If you use eMoney Advisor, here are several quick steps to export a CSV file that you can then import to your Nitrogen account:

emX (New Version)

1. On the client screen, click "FACTS".       
   
   
2. On the lower right, click "Export Accounts".               
   
   
3. Check the "Export?" box next to each of the accounts you wish to export.
   
   
4. Under "Data Format", choose "eMoneyAdvisor", then click "Export to Vault".
   
   
   
5. Right-click the link to the 'eMoneyAdvisory.csv' file that appears, and choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As..." Browse to a location on your computer to store the portfolio file.

eMoney Advisor 360 (Older Version)

1. Click "Investments" at the top, and choose "Export Accounts."
2. Select the investment account(s) you want to export by checking the boxes next to each account.
3. Set the Data Format to "eMoneyAdvisor", then click "Export to Vault."
   
   
4. Click on the resulting link to CSV file and save the file to your computer.
