Zapier is an automation hub that helps you move information between Riskalyze and other web apps.
Follow the steps below to add Riskalyze to your Zapier account and create your first Riskalyze Zap.
Step 1: Add Riskalyze to Zapier

Follow the instructions to log in to Zapier and accept the Riskalyze invitation.
Step 2: Authorize your Riskalyze Account
Log in to your Zapier account.
In the banner, click on “Connected Accounts”, and begin typing Riskalyze to bring up the integration.
Click the Riskalyze integration, then enter your Riskalyze login credentials and authorize the request.
Once the Riskalyze integration has been, and you should see Riskalyze listed under your connected accounts.
That's it. Now you're ready to create your first Zap!
Step 3: Create a Zap
There are two components to every Zap: a trigger and an action. The trigger is the event that launches a zap. The action is what the zap causes to happen.
Riskalyze has one trigger, "New Lead", which launches a zap any time a new Lead Generation Questionnaire is filled out. Riskalyze also has one action, "Create Client", which creates a new client in Riskalyze whenever your zap is triggered.
The best way to use Zapier is to combine a trigger from one system, such as Riskalyze, with an action from a separate system, such as a CRM or Marketing tool. For now, here's an example that walks you through using both the Riskalyze trigger and action:
Go to your Zapier dashboard and select Make a Zap!
Select Riskalyze for your trigger app.
Select the lead generation questionnaire as your trigger. Save + Continue.
Select your Riskalyze account. Save + Continue.
Select Connect & Continue to test the connection.
You will now need to fill out your Riskalyze Lead Generation Questionnaire.
In order to do so, you will log into Riskalyze. Select Menu -> Settings.
Select the Lead Generation tab, then
Click the Hyperlink Tag to the left of the screen, then
Paste the link into your web browser and complete the questionnaire.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, Zapier will find the lead. Once Zapier finds the lead your Trigger is completed.
Now it's time to set up the action portion of your zap.
Select Riskalyze as your action app.
Select your action. The action is to create a client. Save + Continue
Select the correct Riskalyze account. Save + Continue
Complete the fields shown to specify how the client profile is created within Riskalyze.
Select Create & Continue to test the account creation.
Your Zap is now completed! Name the Zap and turn it on.
