Uploading your household import data into Command Center enables you to view your accounts as a grouped list of households that you can easily search, sort, and filter.
Note: Importing household data is not required if you use an aggregator platform where your accounts are already grouped into households.

Downloading the Household Import File Template
To download the Household Import File Template, navigate to Settings in the top right-hand corner of Command Center. Scroll down to the Household Import section and click the Download Template button to establish the correct format and sample custodian values in your draft CSV.
Filling Out the Template
The template has four required fields:
- Household ID
- Household Name
- Account Number
Note: It may be possible that multiple or all of the values you need are stored in the same system of record, allowing you to export and paste into the template together. The below steps assume the values for each field need to be gathered from different sources.
First, export a list of all your account numbers under rep IDs that you included in your Release of Information (ROI) to your custodian. Paste all account numbers in Column D of the template.
Second, enter the corresponding custodian in Column C for each account.
When adding your custodian into column C, you will need to use the exact naming structure listed below (ALL CAPS ARE REQUIRED). Please note, these are the only supported custodians in Command Center at this time.
Third, enter the corresponding Household Name in Column B for each account.
Last, enter unique identifiers for each household. These can be any string of text, so you can either extend the sample IDs or copy the Household Names from Column B to Column A.
Uploading the Completed Template
Once you are ready to upload, navigate back to the Settings page with Command Center and drop your file into the uploader.
You will see a confirmation alert confirming whether your document was formatted correctly. If an error shows, you will need to edit the document and upload it again.
If a success indicator shows, you are all set! Your household data will be incorporated into your data during the next overnight load and alignment statuses for all your accounts will be visible in the table view the next business day.
