1. Riskalyze Training 101
The Riskalyze Advisor Success Team has created multiple on-demand online events to help you quickly and efficiently master the major components of Riskalyze. To view these events, login to Riskalyze, click on the HELP button (right side of your screen) then click the Recorded Webinars tile to view the available topics. Advisors new to Riskalyze find the most success when they start with Riskalyze Training 101 to learn the basics and prepare for using Riskalyze in client meetings.
In addition, you can find upcoming online events hosted by Riskalyze by clicking on the MENU ≡ button (top right of your screen) followed by Online Training. Here, you'll be able to register for webinars covering everything from new features to new strategies recently added to the Partner Store.
2. Settings Menu, Integrations, and Initial Implementation
The next few steps are to configure your account. Don't worry—this is pretty quick! Check out the video below to get started.
To find out if the software you already use integrates with Riskalyze, check out the Integration List. A great approach is to integrate your CRM or custodian, for example. Integrations are free, and they provide phenomenal efficiency by creating one-way or two-way connections between the products you use.
If you use something that's not on the list, shoot an email to email@example.com. This helps us prioritize building integrations with the tools you use most.
Make sure to set up your firm's logo and disclosures using the quick steps here.
If you're on Riskalyze Office, send your list of users (advisors, admins, etc.) to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll get all your team's accounts configured in a jiffy!
3. Steps to Success
When you're logged in to Riskalyze, click Help on the right side of the screen to give you full access to our resources, webinars, and customer care.
Our Knowledge Base is chock-full of articles and videos offering best practices for using Riskalyze with clients, prospects, and leads. You can access the full Knowledge Base any time by clicking that HELP button on the right of the screen in Riskalyze.

In the first few days, top advisors:
- Define their desired outcomes (goals) with Riskalyze.
- Determine how to align their firm's measurement of success using Riskalyze.
- Evaluate measurements of success.

- Decide how to enhance your prospecting and deepen relationships with current clients. Success Playbooks is a great place to start.
- Perform 4-6 client and prospect reviews with Riskalyze to test the waters. Evaluating the product with clients helps crystallize specific steps for implementation.
- Evaluate the improvements in the prospecting process and client relationships.
