The Riskalyze mobile app for iPhone is a mobile phone-based app that gives you the ability to access key client overview information through streamlined workflows. With the Riskalyze mobile app, the power of the Risk Number® is now in your pocket.
This article will guide you through successfully downloading and implementing the Riskalyze mobile app for iPhone.

To get started using the Riskalyze Mobile App, search "Riskalyze" in the App Store and download the app, or visit Riskalyze Mobile on the App Store from your iPhone.
Note: Riskalyze Mobile requires iOS 11 or later.
This is where you'll access key client overview information as well as navigate to recent responses from your clients. Tap the house icon in the lower-left of your toolbar to return home at any time.
The Recent Leads view provides you with an at a glance view to see who's filled out your Lead Generation Questionnaire, and the ability to quickly share your Lead Generation Link.
To share your Lead Generation Link, tap the “+” in the top right corner and choose your method for sharing.
The Send A Response button gives you the ability to reply directly to your prospective clients with a simple tap of a button. Select one of the two pre-built email templates, or choose "Custom" to include your own personalized message. Riskalyze will launch a new message in your phone's default mail application for you to review and send.
Note: Once your mail app has been launched to respond to the customer, be sure to set your "from" email address to your advisory email address.
Mobile gives you instant access to any recently completed Risk Questionnaires your clients have completed. Just like our Send A Response feature in Recent Leads, you can send follow-up emails to your clients who have recently completed a questionnaire.
To send your client a new Questionnaire:
- Tap the silhouette icon at the bottom of your screen
- Tap on a clients name
- Tap the Send Questionnaire button at the bottom of your screen
Your new access to our app now grants you access to your client's recently completed Check-Ins! And, you guessed it, our Send A Response feature is available to send follow-up emails to your clients who have recently shared valuable information on their feelings toward the current markets.
Trades to Process
Now you have the power of Autopilot wherever you go. Approve and snooze accounts on Autopilot with a few simple taps and swipes. Once trades have been approved, they'll be ready to download at the office. Autopilot on Mobile gives you access to process, review and approve trades.
Quickly see trades which need approval or need to be snoozed for later!
To approve, swipe left and select approve.
Reminder: Approved trades can now be downloaded at the office, for upload and execution in your custodian’s order management system.
To snooze, swipe right and select snooze.
Select either snooze or approve to finish your review. You can also tap on the account to review the buys and sells.
In this view you can unapprove all trades, sending them back to the To Process view by tapping unapprove all.
Tap on any account to see your sells and buys. Snooze a single account by tapping unapprove next to the account that needs to be removed from Approved.
Snooze your Autopilot trades to review tomorrow, next week or even next quarter. Once your trades are done snoozing they'll appear back in your To Process view.
Just like in the Approved view, you can unsnooze all accounts or single accounts.
Tapping the silhouette 👤 icon grants you access to your active clients.
We've made the ‘Clients’ page streamlined around the Risk Number. This piece displays key client information about your active clients, such as the Risk Number of their Current Portfolio and the Risk Number of their most recent questionnaire. From the client screen, you also have the added ability to send a Simple or Detailed Risk Questionnaire.
To view these options, navigate to a client page overview by scrolling through your client list and tapping the client's name or use our search feature at the top of the screen.
To access the settings for Face/Touch ID and Push Notifications, select the gear icon in the upper right of the home page.

Q: I’m an admin and can’t log into the mobile app?
A: We’re excited about your team’s interest in Riskalyze Mobile! Due to the nature of the app’s features, Advisor Seats have app access and Admin Seats do not. Mobile is a product extension of our Advisor User Seat and designed to be a quick, on-the-go tool that gives advisors access to key client overview information.
Q: Should I use the mobile app on my tablet?
