Your MyRepChat account and Nitrogen can be integrated, allowing you to generate and send questionnaires to your contacts.
Setting up the Integration
Login to your MyRepChat account, go to your Account Settings page by clicking on the wheel on the upper right corner and select Connect To Nitrogen. You'll be redirected to Nitrogen to enter your credentials and give authorization to MyRepChat to access your data.
MyRepChat matches Nitrogen Clients with MyRepChat Contacts via email address. Both Nitrogen clients and MyRepChat contacts must have matching email addresses.
Using the Integration
Once setup, Client Risk Number and Questionnaire history is shown on the Contact Details page and is available in Messages by clicking on the 'Risk Number' on the upper left part of the Message screen.
From the Contact Details, you can send either a Simple or Detailed Questionnaire out, and the client will receive a text message with a link to the message.
