For users of both Orion + Riskalyze platforms, we’ve created a proposal generation integration for prospects and existing clients. This workflow seamlessly moves you between the two applications while keeping client records and documents in sync throughout the process.
Riskalyze/Orion Client Link Workflow
Begin in Orion, by selecting the client account you’d like to send to Riskalyze in the New Accounts Center. Next, navigate to Links (or Right-Click on the Account) and select Riskalyze. (If you don’t see this option, make sure you’ve set up the integration properly.)
For Orion clients that you’ve already linked to a Riskalyze client, clicking Riskalyze will:
- Log you in to Riskalyze
- Automatically direct you to the selected client’s Riskalyze profile
- Update the client’s Portfolio with up-to-date data from Orion
For Orion clients that are not already linked to a Riskalyze client, clicking Riskalyze will:
- Log you in to Riskalyze
- Automatically create a new Riskalyze client and forward you to this client’s Riskalyze profile
- Import all holdings for the account you selected in Orion as a Current Portfolio in Riskalyze
From here, your Riskalyze workflow is up to you! Review your client’s current assets, walk through the risk assessment process and find their Risk Number®, create a proposal, or have a goals-based conversation in Retirement Maps.
Generating Reports to Close the Loop
No matter your order of operations, once you’ve created a proposal for your client, you can push any generated reports back over to Orion to document your process.
Click Create Report in Riskalyze and select your desired report after making any desired configuration changes. To make the selected report available in Orion Connect, click Send To Orion. You’ll be able to retrieve the report again under the Notes and Documents section for the linked Household and on the Documents page in the Orion Client Portal.
