Getting Started With Firm Trading
For firms who have an individual, or team, focused on facilitating all of the firm’s trading, Riskalyze firm trading can designate specific Riskalyze users as trading administrators (trading admins). This will give them the ability to manage trading for every client account in your firm.
Note: Non-trading admins in the advisory firm, with access to Riskalyze Trading, will still be able to enable accounts on Trading, update trade targets, and have access to a read-only version of the trading inbox to keep the team on the same page.
Once firm trading has been enabled, your trading admin(s) will be able to filter trades in the trading inbox by the advisor, or by the trade reasons, associated with the trade.
How do I get access to Firm Trading?
Firm trading is activated by Riskalyze. If you’re interested in using or finding out more about firm trading email our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who is eligible to be a trading admin?
Trading admin is a role assigned to a Riskalyze advisor type user who utilizes Riskalyze Trading. While Administrative Assistant type users can act on behalf of the advisor type accounts, the trading admin role is exclusive to an advisor type role based on the Riskalyze architecture.
Can a firm have more than one trading admin?
Yes! Your firm can designate multiple trading admins if you wish.
How does client ownership (the advisor who integrates the accounts) change with firm trading?
With firm trading, it doesn't matter who integrates or owns the client, the trading admin(s) will still receive all trade lists for those individual advisor accounts.
