Accessing Enterprise Cloud
To access Enterprise Cloud, log in to Riskalyze https://pro.riskalyze.com/auth/login. Navigate by clicking Menu (≡ top right of your screen), then select Enterprise Cloud.
Client Risk Number Widget
The Client Risk Number establishes a common language between advisors and clients around risk. It quantifies the level of risk that the client's portfolio should be targeting and drives conversations about alignment between risk tolerance and investment choices.
The Client Risk Number widget in Enterprise Cloud shows how many Active Clients, Leads, and Prospects do not have a Risk Number. The widget will be red highlighted, neutral, or green highlighted based on the percentage of clients without a Risk Number:
- Green - 0% of Clients with missing Risk Number
- Neutral - between 50% and 1% of Clients with missing Risk Number
- Red - more than 50% of Clients with missing Risk Number
Click on the widget to filter the table for missing Risk Numbers.

Form CRS Widget
Form CRS must be delivered to clients at various times, in accordance with Reg BI. Riskalyze allows you to upload Form CRS for inclusion on portfolio and proposal reports.
The Form CRS widget in Enterprise Cloud shows how many Riskalyze Reports have been generated with Form CRS attached. The date the report was generated is also shown. The widget will be neutral until Form CRS is being included in Riskalyze reports. The green highlight appears as soon as the first Form CRS is deployed.
Click on the widget to filter the table for clients with Form CRS in their Riskalyze Reports.
Proposal Status Widget*
*This widget is coming soon!
Once the Client's Risk Number has been set, Proposals are typically built-in alignment with that Risk Number. A portfolio is considered to be "in alignment" when the Portfolio Risk Number is no more than 6 risk numbers away from the Client Risk Number.
The Proposal Alignment widget in Enterprise Cloud shows how many Proposals are out of alignment with the Client Risk Number. The widget will be red highlighted, neutral, or green highlighted based on the percent of Proposals out of alignment:
- Green - 0% of Proposals out of Alignment
- Neutral - between 50% and 1% of Proposals out of Alignment
- Red - more than 50% of Proposals out of Alignment
Click on the widget to filter the table for misaligned proposals and the date they were constructed.
Clients Table
The Clients Table in Enterprise Cloud shows all clients across all of your Riskalyze users. Click on the column names to Sort, Filter, or Search for the desired criteria. (See animation below.)
Click on a Report Widget to quickly filter the table for Client Risk Number Status, Form CRS, or Proposal Status. To clear your filters click on the X on the filter name. (see animation below.)
The Clients Table updates nightly with the latest Riskalyze data. The last successful sync time is shown to the top right of the table.
The Clients Table can be exported to CSV. Click the download button to export clients (next to the sync time indicator). The export will honor the currently selected list filters.
Note: If you plan to open your downloaded client list in a spreadsheet tool such as Excel, make sure that the downloaded list will not exceed the spreadsheet row limit. Use list filters to create smaller downloads if necessary, eg: by specific firm or advisor. Learn more about Excel Row Limits.
