Your FP Alpha account allows you to import clients from Riskalyze, making it simple to transfer client information between platforms.
Setting up the integration
Once you’re logged into your FP Alpha account, navigate to Account > Settings > Integrations.
Select the Riskalyze option and it will take you to a new screen with the integration instructions. Click Connect to get started.
Next, you will be taken to the Riskalyze login screen to enter your credentials.
You will then click I authorize this request.
Once your integration is complete, you will be brought back to FP Alpha to select your contacts.
Here you’ll see all your Riskalyze contacts and can select the clients you wish to import by checking the box next to their names.
Note: Only clients that don’t currently exist in FP Alpha can be imported, existing clients will appear with the checkbox greyed out.
You can filter the results by typing the contact name or email in the search contact bar and clicking on Filter. You can delete your existing filter by pressing Clear.
After you’ve finished selecting your contacts, click Import contacts.
After importing the contacts, you’ll see a popup with the missing fields for each contact. Click Got it to go to the dashboard or Import more clients to continue importing.
After importing contacts
Once the contacts are imported you will be taken to your client list. Your imported contacts will appear with ‘Client/Riskalyze’ under Type.
We advise you to check the General Questionnaire inside of FP Alpha and fill out the missing client info before running any processes.
If you want to import more contacts, click Import more clients and follow the same process.
If you want to disconnect your account, click Disconnect.
Note: Disconnecting your account will not delete the imported clients.
