Riskalyze is integrated with Income Lab, allowing you to import clients from Riskalyze and share client information between platforms.
Setting up the Integration
The first time you use Income Lab with Riskalyze, you will need to establish the integration. Once you’re logged into your Income Lab account, navigate to Setting > Integrations, then click the Add Integration button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
You will be brought to a page of integrations — select Riskalyze and click Link.
Next, you'll need to enter your Riskalyze credentials.
Click I authorize this request and the integration will be established! You will be taken back to Income Lab.
Linking Households from Income Lab to Riskalyze
To link a household (group of clients or individual client) in Income Lab to Riskalyze, navigate to the desired household, select Assets, and select Add Linked Accounts.
Within this modal, you'll be able to search through your integrations and client accounts. Use the dropdown menu in the top left to select Riskalyze.
Once Riskalyze has been selected, you can see a list of your client accounts. You can manually scroll through them or use the search bar in the top right corner to narrow down your results.
Select which accounts you'd like to link and click Save.
You will now see all of the accounts associated with this household under the asset list.
Note: Accounts that have been linked via Riskalyze will have a blue link icon.
