Riskalyze is integrated with Pulse360, allowing you to send questionnaires in custom notes using Pulse360.
Setting up the Integration
The first time you use Pulse360 with Riskalyze, you will need to establish the integration. Once you’re logged into your Pulse360 account, navigate to Settings > Integrations. Scroll down to “Risk” and select Riskalyze. Navigate to the Connect tab, then click the Connect button in the bottom left corner.
This will open Riskalyze and ask you to connect Pulse360. Here, you'll need to enter your Riskalyze credentials.
Click I authorize this request and the integration will be established! You will then be taken back to Pulse360.
Linking Riskalyze clients and generating questionnaire links
To link a client in Pulse360 to Riskalyze, navigate to Workspaces and start typing into the search bar to find a client.
Once you’ve selected a client, navigate to the Add or Review Notes card and click Select.
Within this module, you’ll have the ability to add a client note and incorporate a Riskalyze Risk Assessment Questionnaire.
To generate a questionnaire link, click on the Riskalyze logo, select your Riskalyze client, and add their investment amount to be pre-filled on the questionnaire.
Note: Adding the investment amount is optional.
You will then see the auto-generated questionnaire link. Select Copy and Close to copy, and then paste the newly generated questionnaire link into your new client note.
